Special category data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR Article 9, primarily for safeguarding and education purposes.

  • Data is stored securely using trusted cloud-based systems
  • Access is restricted to authorised staff only
  • Appropriate technical and organisational security measures are in place
  • Emails are transmitted using secure, encrypted connections

We only share personal data where necessary, including with:

  • Parents/carers
  • Schools and local authorities
  • Relevant professionals involved in education or safeguarding

We do not sell personal data.
